Agreement

By installing RetentionOS through the Whop App Store or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RetentionOS provides member churn scoring, automated win-back flow execution, and a retention analytics dashboard for Whop community operators. Billing is handled entirely by Whop — RetentionOS does not process payments directly.

Creator responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of any automated DMs sent through your flows. Messages must comply with Whop's community guidelines and applicable law.
• You must not configure flows to send spam, misleading, or harassing messages.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of member data complies with your community's stated privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

RetentionOS is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Churn risk scores are statistical estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for any lost revenue, lost members, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using RetentionOS at any time by uninstalling it from your Whop account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or Whop's policies.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the dashboard or email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
