About RetentionOS
RetentionOS was built to solve a problem every Whop creator faces: members go quiet before they cancel, and by the time you notice, the subscription is already gone.
Why we built it
Most Whop creators don't have time to manually check who's gone inactive. And even if they do, they don't have an easy way to reach out at scale. A missed DM at the right moment can be the difference between a retained member and a cancelled subscription.
RetentionOS automates that. It scores every member's churn risk daily, flags the ones going quiet, and fires win-back DMs through Whop's messaging API — so you get to focus on content, not cancellations.
Where we are
RetentionOS is in early access. We are working closely with a small group of Whop creators to validate what recovery flows work best for different community types — reselling, trading, fitness, and education.

Technology
RetentionOS is built on Next.js 15, Drizzle ORM, Neon PostgreSQL, and the Whop SDK. Churn scoring is rule-based today, with an ML scoring layer in development. Everything runs on Vercel with daily automated scoring via cron.
